Bard: College of Warfare

The war-like symphony created by the College of Warfare bard serves to strike terror into the hearts of enemies. The distant drums, the Aztec death whistle, or the carnyx – all are tools in the arsenal of a Military Bard, capable of turning the tide of battle with the power of sound.

This was a suggestion for a subclass suggested by some fantastic people for a sort of "War-Bard" the sort of folk that might be a drummer, or play a carnyx across a foggy feild to intimidate an opposing army.

The powers outlined are designed to fullfill that fantasy, which abilities primarily built around large-scale effects that could influence the course of a major battle.
