At the end of the day, even the most road weary adventuring party needs a place where they might toss their boots in the corner and hang their elven cloak. This small supplement provides rules for a quick system that players and DMs (Dungeon Masters) can use to create bases of operations. Having a base of operations gives adventuring parties a connection to the world you have created, while conferring small advantages. Many times, in fantasy RPG’s player characters (PCs) end up with more money than they know what to do with, and this gives PCs an appropriate way to spend their hard earned (stolen, taken, or looted) monies.
