This is a short scenario/monster to drop on a pack or coterie to try and get them off balance. It is easy, quick and will totally fuck up an inexperienced group of players.
The Hound is only a ghouled dog, this is true. But it is the meanest son of a bitch who ever drank vitae and survived a century. If the coterie don’t handle the situation correctly and promptly it will destroy their social standing, their influences, their property and their unlives before going in for the kill.
