Battle Between the Parallel Overpasses

This encounter is meant for Level 5 characters, who find themselves approaching a makeshift bandit base upon two parallel bridges. While the bandits shouldn't pose to much trouble, if the player characters aren't quick or quiet enough, more bandits can be alerted, which may create complications.
