King Arthur held the knights of the round table - a collective council of 150 knights total. Together, they brought peace and prosperity to Camelot... at least for a short time...
A Great Tragedy Has Befallen Camelot
Despite King Arthur’s many victories, he and his knights have fallen in battle against his son, Mordred and his forces.
The cause of this is uncertain, many are pointing the blame elsewhere, anywhere but themselves, for such things is human nature.
Some claim it’s Merlin’s fault, since his sudden disappearance just one week before the death of the knights.
Some claim it’s Morganna’s fault, even though she is supposedly dead. It’s openly known that she’s a witch of the realm, so perhaps, her powers have extended their stay?
Regardless of fault, Lancelot who was previously exiled for his relationship with Guinevere, has returned to Camelot to take the throne.
Some believe this is his plot, while others see him as the kingdom’s one and only true hope. He’s the last knight left that ever belonged to the round table.
So, with Camelot in peril, what will you do? Will you find Merlin? Investigate the mysteries of Morganna? Aid Lancelot in rebuilding Camelot? Whichever you do, the choice is yours.
