Battle of Britain

User Summary

A early and simple RTS wargame based on the Battle of Britain. Played on a 31x20 gridded map (labelled A-e horizontally and A-T vertically), the player controls nine squadrons of airplanes patrolling the skies of south-east England in an attempt to find and destroy nine (initially hidden) computer controlled German bomber forces. Defense locations and bomber targets are randomised each game, and the game included a simple difficulty setting which affected the winning conditions (how many enemy bombers could the player allow to reach their targets).
