Battle over Europe

Battle over Europe is a two-player game (with a solitaire option) strategy card game of World War II air combat, based upon single plane-vs.-plane dogfights occurring in various theaters in the early years of the conflict, specifically, up through the end of 1941. Gamers fly historical Allied and Axis warplanes in fast and furious dogfights, fighting for control of the sky on a Dogfight Display, using aircraft counters that are maneuvered into position by playing cards.

The key to winning is having positional Advantage over your opponent during play. Each plane is authentically rated in a two-player version with six short campaign game scenarios. The extended Example of Play will have you flying in no time!
