Luthien is a BattleTech scenario pack that includes a detailed history of the Battle of Luthien, personality profiles and MechWarrior statistics for major players in the engagement, game statistics for three new OmniMech designs, and two full-size BattleTech mapsheets of the Imperial City and the Kado-guchi Valley.

One of the larger scenario packs at 96 pages long, this expansion contains almost 20 different scenarios related to the campaign on Luthien, and the rules for three new 'Mechs - the Hankyu (Arctic Cheetah), the Nobori-nin (Huntsman) and the Cauldron-Born. These 'Mechs were reprinted in the BattleTech Technical Readout: 3058 a couple of years later.
