Description
Beigoma is a very old Japanese game using metal spinning tops.
A playing surface is made by placing a sheet of canvas over a small barrel or bucket, or may be improvised using a large bowl or the rimmed bottom of a bucket. The tops are wound with a string and then launched into the play area. The winner is the player whose top forces the other top out of the playing area.

Regional variants exist in other parts of Asia, notably Singapore and Korea.
