The description of the city is divided into three books. The first one includes and overview of the cities 139 sectors, its corporations, laws and infrastructure. In the second book you will find detailed descriptions of three of the sectors. The third book is for the player, it comes in the form of a tourist guide for businesspeople visiting Berlin.
The book also includes a large color map of Berlin and a booklet of other maps.
