We hope that Vol. 5 will provide some more great opportunities to assist and expand gaming in the Pavis region. As the Rough Guide to Pavis City began as a small article intended for Shadows, so too did this edition begin as a flagship article for that publication. However, 'Pavis County' refused to stop writing itself, and then all the backburner ideas on expanding the superb borderlands campaign began screaming for attention when Rick Meints mentioned that he planned the re-release of that excellent old supplement for this year.
