It is a brisk late fall day, and though the sun is bright and the sky is clear, the chill wind promises a storm in the offing, perhaps the seasons first snow. The village of Sheepsdale, Canton of Overford, Lar Menan Hills, has the picture perfect feel about it that it always enjoys. The residents, forest gnomes and halflings alike, have completed their daily work and chores – and everyone is gathering at the spacious burrow of the Wiggletoe family, where the 25th birthday of their eldest daughter Wilma is being celebrated.
