The College of Souls is the Bard College for death metal, emo, and goth bards. These "skulds" can use their music to literally wake the dead. Their songs tap into the essence of life to fuel their necromantic endeavors.
The College of Zingers represents bards who are more the stand-up comedian or insult comic type, rather than the musically inclined.
