Description

From publisher blurb:

Blackwater Bay, formally Cresent Bay, is the main waterway into Cresent, an island modeled after the old west. The island is unique because it is half flooded and a lush magical swamp, and the other is an arid western desert landscape full of gorges and settlements. The town of Solomon is the main attraction, hosting unknown amounts of gold and riches in its dry clay earth of the old mines and holding the key to saving the people of Cresent Bay from a horrible fate in the Black Water. This is the first installment for the ten book series that will take you all through Black Water Bay’s magical and mysterious lands.

Black Water Bay: Lotta Water is a 28-page (ish) zine with a color cover and black and white interiors, filled with everything a Dungeon Master will need to run the town, as well as a fun, low-level adventure that’s compatible with 5e, OSR, or any fantasy RPG system.

The adventure should take between 3 and 6 sessions to run. Players can experience Black Water Bay with or without combat. So, if your group likes to fight monsters, there are plenty of undead bones to break. But if you’d rather run a game that’s more about using wits, stealth, and charisma, that’ll absolutely work too!

There are many curious places to explore, interesting NPCs to interact with, and some delightful magical items to acquire. Black Water Bay will have illustrations, maps, and hand-drawn type! All organized into an easy-to-use format!
