In a secret location on Sorrowdusk Isle, the Blackwheel Company gathers to handle some pressing, urgent business. Following up on the events of BWC-09: Blackwheel Company: A Plague Upon Your Houses General Mach Ogdin has called an Executive Council meeting for a vote of No Confidence in Field Marchal Mackinnon Maceck. Ogdin also plans on using his shares to call for a vote to declare the Blackwheel Company "independent", voiding the exclusive contract with the Dragonmarked Houses.
