Open to the plastodesert, the only Level receiving direct sunlight. 600 inhabitants, half of which are heathens. Packed with makeshift tents and repurposed vehicles. A merchant hub welcoming punk caravans. Lots of youngsters. Loud. Smells like nice food, and piss. Crops grow all around the Silo.
