Penumbranyx, also known as Worldshadow, is an ancient black dragon that resides in the marsh-ridden region known only as the Sunken Lands. Penumbranyx has always been one of the pettiest dragons in existence, and age has not matured him one jot. This jealousy extends even to beliefs and objects that might compete with him for glory. His toxic pride has driven him to melt every temple, church, and idol in his domain.
The truth is, there is little for Penumbranyx to be proud of. He spends his time hiding in the decrepit ruin of an old temple that he is personally responsible for wrecking.
