Bomberman makes its way to Nintendo DS, featuring Wireless DS, Single-Card, Download Play, which allows up to 8 bombermen to duke it out DS to DS to DS to.... Additionally, players have the option of using their voice to detonate bombs and taunt their opponents. As had come to be the tradition for the Bomberman franchise, this DS game also packs a long single-player mode, in this case including 100 stages. So, although Bomberman has evolved quite a bit, because the gameplay hearkened back to a style closer to the original, Hudson Soft decided to reuse the original name.
