A colossal purple spider oversees this sticky lair. It’s filled with large cobwebs, strung between the walls and columns, or like finely woven nets covering gaps in the floor. Yet many more webs are smaller, sticker, and coat the intricately tiled floor like clumps of snow.
Among those smaller cobwebs wait clutches of eggs, ready to hatch at any sign of prey rummaging around them. Scattered amidst this grow strange purple growths, sending out glowing spores into the air.
