Play as Malaysian MPs trying to build the best constituency you can - but will you use clean or dirty money?
Each turn you choose to draw 3 cards either from the money pile or the action pile (in any combination). The money pile gives you clean or dirty money to spend, while the action pile has buildings/improvements to purchase, reforms to table in parliament and vote on, and events that change gameplay or add a bit of take that. Buying some improvements with only clean money will give a positive side effect.
The game finishes at the end of the round in which someone buys their 7th improvement. Add up the points on the improvements, take a bonus if you were the first to reach 7, or a smaller bonus if you were able to reach 7 after that. Check your hidden goal to see if you have made it. The highest scorer wins, with the tie break being who used least dirty money.
