Build the American Dream

Object of the game is to become the player with the greatest net worth through accumulating money, buying a house and improving the house with extra features or "Hot Buttons."

There are three phases. The outer ring is for collecting money for a down payment. The middle ring is the bank, requiring house inspections, title searches, closing, etc. The inner ring is the neighborhood where you gain power and prestige within the block and add on to the house (and experience financial ups and downs).

Subtitle is "an adult strategy game for today's home buyer"
