Build the Stadium or BUST!

This is a satirical game inspired by circumstances surrounding the Cleveland, Ohio professional football team and the construction of the city’s new stadium in the 1990s. (The rulebook, being written in a comedic and highly satirical tone itself, explicitly denies these connections to actual events.)

Each turn consists of rolling a 6-sided die, then drawing a card from the corresponding “Odd Roll” or “Even Roll” deck and following any instructions to add or remove tokens from one’s player board. When any one section of a player board is fully covered, that player draws a card from the “Build or Bust!” deck, which will either declare that player the winner or penalize them.
