Tales of misshapen beasts and freakish creatures make their way to the party via worried trappers. Their hunting grounds, the frozen grasslands bordering the inhospitable tundra, are close to the long-deserted town of Deorcsten, but they believe the place is no longer uninhabited.
They promise the party food and furs if it will deal successfully with their concerns…and whatever is out there.
