From the Foreword:
I originally wrote a series of short stories to entertain backers of Calidar's 2013-2014 Kickstarter project. This tale takes place shortly before Calidar's first episode, "In Stranger Skies," and provides insights on various aspects of this universe that I did not fully cover in the final product. An unpublished ending also appears here, offered exclusively to supporters. I hope you'll enjoy reading (or re-reading) these stories as much as I enjoyed writing them.
