Roger Herberts is a Buildings Health and Safety Inspector. But also a bad man; treating women as mere commodities whenever he gets the chance.
One night an old wizard offers this immoral man a deal: $ 1,000,000 if he can stay away from sexual activities for 24 hours!
The problem, however is that the Wizard have "cursed" Roger with being completely irresistible - so now hordes of horny women chase him!
