This edition of the Village Snooper details a prosperous candle shop. Though simple tallow candles can be had, the shop prides itself on making a variety of fancy beeswax candles and specialty candles. While the shop can be a bit more expensive than other sources at times (such as with the herbalist shop) the offerings of the candle maker are superior. The characters are also able to make custom orders, such as specific colors, available scents (GM’s option), and sizes (in burn time). Currency rates are provided in copper, silver, and gold coins. 10 coppers equal 1 silver and 10 silver equals 1 gold. An unskilled poor peasant typical earns 1 silver or so a day doing very basic tasks.
