Capt'n Sharky and his mates are looking for the treasure of Pirate Bill. But not every hiding place actually contains loot so the players help Capt'n Sharky to find out where the gems are.
Players move their pirate pawns along the row of island tiles by playing one of six movement cards. The card hand is repleneished only after all cards have been played. Whenever a pirate lands on an empty tile he gets to place the treasure chest on the tile and opens it to checks whether he's found something. When all gems have been found, the player with the most gems is the winner.
A variant requires players to catapult the gems into the ship's hold in order to score them.
The island tiles and the treasure chest use magnets to make the chest display different symbols when it is placed on a tile.
This game is basically a smaller carry-along version of Capt'n Sharky: Abenteuer auf der Schatzinsel with a few differences in implementation.
