The game involves each player moving according to a spinner. Within the track, there are spaces which require the player who lands on them to transfer water from one cup (which starts full) to a smaller cup (which starts empty). If the water spills from the smaller container, all players lose. If all players make it to the end before the smaller cup fills up, the game is a victory for the players. Graphics ties the gameplay to the cartoon characters.
