Card-Based Actions

From Introduction:

This is a new action mechanic that replaces the default action mechanic found in the Saga Machine core rulebook. Unlike the default action mechanic, which makes use of ten-sided dice, this mechanic instead makes use a standard deck of poker cards with jokers left in (54 cards in total).

To play, the GM should shuffle the deck, create a draw pile and then create a discard pile. Whenever a player would normally roll the dice she instead plays a card. This card can always be either from her hand or from the top of the deck.
