User Summary:

Carrier Force is a game of carrier warfare in the South Pacific during World War II between Japan and the Allies (mostly U.S.).

The game includes four battles: Coral Sea, Midway, Solomons and Santa Cruz.

Carrier force may be played against a computer controlled Japanese, or by two players using the hotseat method. No Allied computer opponent is provided.

Carrier Force was one of the first games to simulate carrier warfare and was the forerunner of later games, such as Carrier Strike and the various Pacific War games by SSI and Matrix Games.
