Description

Castle Madness is a Lovecraftian inspired cult-building game in which 2-4 players take on the role of an unfamous Old One from the other dimension.

During the game, players will try to make their cult of followers grow by carefully choosing and planning their action cards and the various other cards from their library deck.

With these cards, the Old Ones can recruit more cultists, summon monsters and buildings, open en explore other dimensions to find spells and artifacts, sacrifice cultists to increase their power, ...

In the end, all these actions are done to achieve one thing: the completion of rituals. Each completed ritual is worth victory points but also brings the game closer to the end. The goal is to complete your rituals first (and score more points in doing so), before the game ends, because only the most powerful Old One can awaken to destroy the world!
