Description

“Two player card game representing terrorist activity and government countermeasures. One player represents US Security. The other player is the Terrorists.”

Each player uses a unique deck of cards. The U.S. player attempts to play combos which force the Terrorist player to discard cards. The Terrorist player is attempting to play a meld, which represents a successful attack and ends the game. The U.S. player wins if the Terrorist player runs out of cards without playing a meld. The U.S. player can also win by guessing the Terrorist player’s meld as it is played but before the cards are revealed, which represents the attack being preempted.
