Residents of the city can no longer sleep peacefully—now, the streets are ruled by rival cat gangs. Players take on the role of gang leaders, sending their cats out in search of loot.

Each round, you’ll secretly play one cat card. But if you and the other players choose cats that are too powerful and noisy, the homeowners will wake up and chase you off. Your goal each round is to send out the most powerful cat you can without waking the light-sleeping homeowners. To succeed, you’ll need to consider the unique features of each location and anticipate which cards your opponents might play.
