In 2011, Dreamscarred Press held a contest for a psionic bestiary. The monsters from that contest are being released in a series of releases and will ultimately be compiled into a single psionic bestiary book.
In this release of the Psionic Bestiary are two monsters, the cerebremorte and the cognition devil, one an undead spirit of a powerful manifester, the other an evil outsider who strives to bring out the savage side of civilized societies.
