Champions of Akathena: Into the Wild is an exciting, fantasy combat board game that uses the Champions Combat System™. This complete boxed game contains everything two to six players need to start playing out exciting tabletop battles, including a complete copy of the core Champions Combat System™ rules.
Set in the fantastical, war-torn world of Akathena, this boxed set contains maps for two different battlefields, the Greywolf Forest and the Heartland Mountains. Players will be able to choose from six different champions who hail from these lands, each with their associated reinforcements. The Huntsman and his trusty Wolf are native to the wilds of the Greywolf Forest, as are the Elven Archer and her Snake companion, and the Elven Swiftblade and her Panther ally. In opposition to these deadly hunters, the Shinobi and pair of Genin hail from the Heartland Mountains, as does the eccentric Gnome Alchemist and her two Gunslinger companions, and the Shapeshifter and her pair of pet Savage Cats.
As a Champions Combat System game, Champions of Akathena: Into the Wild seamlessly integrates with all other games built using the same system, including Champions of Akathena: Blood and Magic.
