This is a fan-made hack for Changeling the Lost, adapting it to the Powered by the Apocalypse system. It is built primarily on Urban Shadows & Masks; it assumes knoweldge of PbtA basics to play. As you’ll see, it is primarily a reskinning. It isn’t a way to simulate every kind of CtL campaign. Instead it makes assumptions about the kind of CtL campaign; these are discussed in the main document.

The rules are split into two section: one covering the basics and the other containing the playbooks and move references.
