Characters By Level

This design kit is not a replacement for the character creation rules in 4th edition. It doesn’t tell you how to set ability scores, for instance, or explain race and class features. Instead of creating a 1st-level character and then adding the level upgrades until you reach the desired level, you can simply grab a template and follow the guidelines to create a character at the level you need -- making the process much faster for GMs and players alike.
