Greetings, citizen. The year is EU12. Bionuclear war has wiped out most of the human population. Pretty much everyone lives their lives inside nice cosy arcologies - that’s city sized nuclear bunkers to you or me. In theory, Earth Fed run these, but in practise the corporations are in charge. EF was formed as the one world state, when some people thought that blowing each other up wasn’t such a great idea. Shame it failed...
