Cineflex is a rules-light, generic RPG system meant for handling fast-paced, cinematic action such as you find in anime, martial arts movies, and the like.

It uses very simple mechanics based on the use of 20-sided dice and a narrative bidding system (which will be explained below). To succeed, you must roll one or more of your dice less than or equal to a Target Number; the more dice you can roll, the better your chances to succeed.

Character creation is very simple, and you can fit a character's info on a 3"x5" index card. There is also an improvisational magic system that allows you to craft your character's spells as needed.
