New railway is coming to your cities! As governors of your town, your goal is to have the most awesome view for passengers. While creating the best view on your side, you also have to balance it well with the other side. Too wonderful is a fraud!
In this 9-Card card game, you are trying to have the most scoring points without having much gap in points between you and your opponent. You draw a card each turn and place it with either Cityscape side (doing this three times) or Scoring side face up (do exactly one time). After all cards are placed, you will get points based on what appears on your side. Player with the highest points wins.. unless the gap between both players is higher than 5 points which will cause a player with lower points to win instead!
