In Civilia, players place down overlapping cards to make groups of symbols and expand their civilization. The player that builds the largest group of a symbol becomes World Leader in that sector.

Exploit your superiority by planning and achieving to score points before your opponents take back the advantage! Score final points after the last card is drawn and the player with the most points wins.
