Civilian Character Creation Splatbook

Here is the mini-splatbook for Civilian character creation! This small splatbook will expand Civilian character creation to allow them more options, specifically a job selection that give them a specialization pack at character creation. These specialization packs are similar to the ones the other Soldier Types gain, but simpler. There are 20 to choose from, and players will be able to keep them and gain a full specialization pack if they become a combat-based soldier type. These also work with Covenant soldier types and all other 100DOS books.
