The city you call home is rife with corruption. Those in power prey on the weak and the poor under the guise of order and leadership. It’s been years since anyone really stood up to them, since the last Thieves’ Guild disbanded, and you’ve had enough. Gathering some fellow rogues, you begin to make plans to bring the Thieves’ Guild back, to show the high and mighty that they don’t have as much control as they think.
In this adventure, the players are members of a new thieves’ guild looking to establish a base of operations.
