Even to the charismatic and the beautiful, the cloak is a god-send, making them even more comely and captivating than mortally possible. Crafted of the finest materials and as a light as a feather, the cloak of charisma is by definition a tool of the vain and the boisterous or those with the power of sorcery flowing through their veins. But, the cloak was originally created for an entirely different purpose: to make the unnoticeable noticeable and to save the lives of thousands of innocents.
