Try to take control of all clouds in a region to defeat the level. Each cloud you control creates cloud soldiers. Soldiers can be sent to attack other clouds, left to defend or sent to gather stars. Each star can increase the soldier speed, total soldier capacity or soldier creation rate for a single cloud.
