Coach Kim Stewart's Checker Football is designed to simulate the game of football as closely as possible. It allows for football actions such as blocking, running, moving the ball, passing, or punting. The board itself is designed to resemble a football field with two end zones. The checkers represent the players with the offense having eleven players and the defense having twelve players. There is also a quarterback, which is supposedly the most powerful game piece of any board game that the designer has ever seen.
