It’s only 7 days until code freeze (the business’s deadline for code changes), so it’s crunch time for you and your fellow project managers. Bribe developers with coffee, buy your new User Interface from a vendor, and acquire Management Support as you try to get everything done before the deadline. Don’t forget to watch out for bugs in your code, though! A single Null Pointer Exception can ruin an entire Ticket (not to mention Stupid Mistakes). You’ll need strategic planning, management, and probably synergy (or something) to succeed, but god help you if the build breaks. Whoever impresses upper management the most will win!
