This subclass is intended for use with the bard class as presented in the 5e 2014 Core Rules or in conjunction with the options in Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything.
Bards in Dungeons and Dragons traditionally use music to cast spells. An ohrwurm or “earworm” is a term used to describe that song that gets stuck in your head. This bardic college was built as an attempt to answer the question, “What happens when the music that creates a spell and an ohrwurm are one and the same?”
In addition to the specific subclass features for this new bardic college, this booklet also contains a selection of new bard relevant spells that a DM may wish to add to their campaign world and refers back to our earlier work on living spells, such as Untold Subclasses - Pariensic Soul, which can be used to expand upon the rules presented here.
