In Colony X, you play the role of a space foreman working for a billion dollar corporation. Your mission? Establish a sustainable colony on a distant planet.
Colony X is a 2-4 player game featuring area control and colony building. Each turn players land one of their ships on a nearby planet to collect two resources from an ever-changing pool of resources or use one of their ships to visit an architect to construct a new building for their colony. But be warned, after construction future buildings will cost less for your opponents.
The game takes place over four rounds. At the end of each round, the player with the most ships on a planet gains its influence token which is needed to complete work orders and increase the value of certain buildings.
At the end of the final round, the player with the most Victory Points tallied from their buildings, influence, and completed work orders is the winner.
