Gives each faction the chance to play with a commander that allows for: vehicles to be harder to destroy; a couple of vehicles to be spawned in for free; Panthers to be deployed, which are heavily armored vehicles that can spot camouflage and effectively fight both infantry and other vehicles; and for the Panther as well as units adjacent to it to move faster.
